Cross-Channel Tour – Eurovélo 4

Paimpol is a must-see stop on the ‘Tour de Manche’ Channel Tour, a trail of 1,200km following small roads and greenways that connect Brittany and Normandy to the southwest of England. This well-signposted and well-maintained circuit offers a safe and comfortable riding experience as well as a unique adventure within diverse maritime and pastoral settings, on both sides of the Channel.

Our region offers a truly scenic part of the trail, as it overlooks the Anse de Bréhec following the ‘Clifftop Path’ that opens up to incredible views. Cyclists on this route finish in fine style by the magnificent Abbaye de Beauport before arriving in Paimpol with its charming streets lined with houses that once belonged to ship-owners and merchants. This part of the Cross-Channel Tour is relatively flat, and of intermediate difficulty.
