You’ll be delighted when you discover this pebbled spur reaching out into the sea for 3km like a mythical pathway. Known as a ‘sillon’, you’ll find this strange formation between the mudflats known as ‘petite Camargue’ and the ‘jardin de la mer’. Here you can see the offshore islands and find out about the seaweed-gathering past of locals in the Pointe de Pen Lan. Look for the yellow signposts.
